Today we're going to be taking a look at part number KS62507G. This is the K source replacement side mirror for the passenger side of the vehicle. This product is going to fit a few different vehicles. The first one is going to be your 1995 to 1996 Cadillac Fleetwood. It'll fit your '94 to '96 Chevrolet Caprice, '95 to '96 Buick Roadmaster, '94 to '96 Chevrolet Impala, and the '95 to '96 Buick Roadmaster wagon. The side view mirror is going to be a direct replacement for the passenger side factory mirror on your vehicle. It is going to be modeled after the manufacturer's original look and fit.
It's going to feature the power remote capability, that way you can adjust the mirror face with the factory power controls from within the vehicle. Another neat feature is it has the heated mirror glass; so that's going to clear frost and ice and reduce fogging. It's going to have the OE grade convex glass with first surface plating; so it's going to reflect clear images. The front of the glass is going to be plated with reflective chrome and the convex lens is going to provide a wide angle view that reduces blind spots. It is going to feature a break-away design so it will break-away if it was to get struck. That's going to reduce the chances of permanent damage or permanent breakage.
So the break-away design is a great feature to have the mirror just folds in towards the vehicle when it's struck from behind. It's going to have the durable plastic housing with the nice black finish. It's an easy no-drill installation; it's going to come with the hardware you need. And it's going use the same footprint and mounting points as your factory mirror. And then you're going to have the electrical plug right here, this is going to plug into existing electrical wiring on the vehicle.
